Buffalo auto spa provided a tint removal as well as a new tint install on my vehicle. They removed some sub par tints on the vehicle and installed new front window tints that matched the factory tints perfectly. Tints are flawless and really improved the look of the car. They also did a headlight restoration and installed PPV film on the headlights to prevent future damage, was extremely happy with the results. Nash was very professional and pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. It is very nice to have these experts in the WNY are. I highly recommend this business, they really strive to please their clients.

Let me tell you — this shop is different. I got my bmw tinted here and it came out absolutely perfect. Sadly, that car ended up catching fire, but when I got my next one, there was zero question where I was going.

What blew me away is the kind of person he is. He literally took his own personal time to get my tint done — no excuses, no attitude like most shops will give, just pure dedication. You can tell he takes major pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers and work. That’s rare nowadays.

The quality is flawless, the service is next-level, and the vibe is unmatched. It’s not just a tint job — it’s someone putting their name and pride into what they do. I’ll say it straight: if you’re going anywhere else for tint, you’re making a mistake.

I drive by this place frequently and finally decided to make an appointment for my car to be detailed and I could not be happier to have went here. It was very easy and convenient to book an appointment online and they had a lot of availability/flexibility with having later appointments. James was very friendly and when I left, my car looked as good as new. I will definitely be coming back and you should make an appointment too!

I purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder two weeks ago, and the following Monday the landlord of my workplace decided to have the building spraypainted blue. By the time I discovered the paint on my car, the damage had peen irreversible.

On two separate evenings, I tried scraping the paint off the windows using all of the recommendations provided online, to no avail. It took me hours using a small blade to scrape the paint off the windows, yet it was painstakingly slow, and left too much residue. I knew I couldn't touch the frame of the car in fear of destroying it permanently.

After extreme frustration, I called Nash at Buffalo Auto Spa after the dealership which I purchased the car from said they don't do detailing services anymore. Over the phone, he gave me a rough estimate, and I decided to drop the car off and let him see the damage in person. He gave me a more exact price and told me the time frame for which it would be completed, both of which were very fair considering the amount of damage done to my car.

Within the same day, Nash gave me a courtesy call to inform me that all of the usual paint removing techniques and removal sprays that he applies, didn't work. Because of that, he and his employee would have to clay bar the entire vehicle, (a large 3-row SUV), which meant they had to scrub the entire car with pure elbow grease. He had to adjust the price $300 more due to the increased labor and hours needed, which I still viewed as reasonable. Nash had been working on the car for hours already but wasn't satisfied with the results and wanted to ensure my utmost satisfaction.

He worked through the evening, until around midnight, and then resumed work the following morning. After over a dozen hours of work, most of which were spent manually scrubbing with a clay bar, I received a notification that my car was ready.

Even when I arrived, Nash told me the paint was 95 percent gone and that some places it couldn't be removed because the exterior would receive permanent damage from scrubbing. However, he was being modest, because I'd say the car looked better than when I drove it off the dealer's lot two weeks prior! The Gtechniq ceramic coating Nash applied also comes with a 9-year warranty and he has praised its quality. The dealer applied a Simoniz coating for hundreds of dollars more than the market price to our car, but wouldn't stand behind the warranty and exaggerated the efficacy of the coating as it should have kept the paint from penetrating so deeply.

All in all, Nash did an incredible job on my vehicle. I was a first-time walk-in client, and despite knowing my desperation, he didn't take advantage of me. I had cross-checked his pricing with people familiar to the industry and they all said he was more than reasonable, especially considering the quick turnaround he provided. I will be sure to recommend Buffalo Auto Spa to more people because young, honest, and arduous business owners like Nash should be rewarded for their expertise a
fairness, and passion.
