By accessing the Website, booking services, purchasing gift cards, or otherwise engaging with Buffalo AutoSpa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Website or our services.

To book services or use the Website, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have legal ownership of, or legal authority over, the vehicle presented for service
By booking a service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are authorized to approve services on the vehicle.
Buffalo AutoSpa provides professional automotive appearance and protection services, which may include, but are not limited to:
Mobile auto detailing
Interior and exterior detailing
Ceramic coatings
Paint protection film (PPF)
Window tinting
Other related automotive services
All services are performed exclusively by Buffalo AutoSpa employees, who are trained and certified to perform the applicable services.
Service descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and any applicable guarantees are detailed on individual service pages of the Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Some services are provided at customer-designated locations (“Mobile Services”), while others are provided at our facility (“In-House Services”).
For Mobile Services, you agree to:
Provide a safe, legal, and accessible work environment
Ensure sufficient space, lighting, and access to the vehicle
Comply with local regulations (parking, noise, access)
Buffalo AutoSpa reserves the right to refuse, pause, or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or materially interfere with service quality.
All bookings, payments, and gift card purchases are processed through Square, a third-party payment and booking platform.
Buffalo AutoSpa:
Does not process or store payment card information
Is not responsible for Square system errors, outages, failed transactions, or processing delays
By completing a booking or purchase, you also agree to Square’s applicable terms and policies, which operate independently of these Terms.
Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made after this window may be subject to charges.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
Buffalo AutoSpa reserves the right to update cancellation and no-show policies. Any updates will apply prospectively and be reflected on the Website.
By booking services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Vehicles may have pre-existing damage, defects, wear, or material degradation that are not visible prior to service.
Buffalo AutoSpa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
Scratches, chips, dents, rust
Weak or failing clear coat
Fragile trim, glass, or interior materials
Aftermarket modifications or prior repairs
Heavily soiled, neglected, or damaged vehicles may not achieve “like-new” results.
Certain services involve inherent risk, particularly on older vehicles or vehicles with prior repainting or bodywork.
You authorize Buffalo AutoSpa to perform services with reasonable professional care while acknowledging these risks.
Any guarantees offered by Buffalo AutoSpa are:

No guarantees are implied beyond those expressly stated. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, maintenance, usage, and environmental exposure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Buffalo AutoSpa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Buffalo AutoSpa is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, equipment failure, or third-party platform issues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buffalo AutoSpa LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Misrepresentation regarding vehicle condition or authority
Third-party claims related to services performed at your request or location
All Website content, branding, logos, images, text, and materials are the exclusive property of Buffalo AutoSpa LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
A separate Privacy Policy (including cookies and tracking technologies) will be published and incorporated by reference into these Terms. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy once available.
Buffalo AutoSpa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
